My mission for each client is to elevate their mindset to have a winner’s mentality, build sustainable lifestyle habits for lasting results, and to maximize their potential to be the best version of themselves. I absolutely love helping others achieve their true potential through the systems I’ve created. Although we won’t physically be working out together; as your coach, I’ll be with you through every step of the way making sure I provide the best guidance possible to get you to reach your goals. After 10 years of experimenting on myself through trial and error to figure out what works and what doesn’t, I’ll be taking out all the guesswork for you so you can achieve your goals through balance, simplicity, and having a strong support system to hold you accountable.

Submit a client interest form.
Within 24-48 hours, I will review your form and respond back to you.
If accepted as a client, I will schedule an introductory call with you.
You can sign up for coaching by submitting a client interest form.
After your client interest application is submitted, I will take about 24-48 hours to review your application and respond to you.
You will receive an email from me. If we are a good match, I will schedule a 1:1 call with you at my earliest convenience. If I am not the right coach for you, I will still respond to you with an email of alternative coaches who can help you achieve your goals.
• Must have or can obtain a gym membership or weights at home, such as dumbbells at the very least.
• Someone who is motivated and determined to grow in all areas of their life and willing to persevere through any obstacles to reach their goals.
• As your coach, I care about your success and health. I will lay down all the blueprints you need to reach your goals, as long as you are ready to dedicate time to changing your lifestyle.
I take into consideration your goals, timeline, and work ethic to gauge if we could be the right match for each other. If we are not, I will do my best to recommend the right coach to best serve you and your needs.

3. A gym membership: my program is focused on working multiple muscle groups through various machines, dumbbells, and sometimes barbells.
I accept forms of payment through Zelle and Paypal.
• 3 months - $1,200 in full or $450 per month.
• 4 months - $1,500 in full or $425 per month.
• 6 months - $2,100 in full or $400 per month.
• 12 months - $3,600 in full or $350 per month.
